Located at 10300 Natural Bridge Road, the six-story hotel will be fully accessible and host 128 rooms with queen- and king-size accommodations. It consists of a concrete podium supporting a five-level, wood-frame structure. The building is connected to the Hilton Hotel.

Located on the site of the former Clayton Police Department, the 207-room, 11-story AC Hotel offers on-site restaurants High Bar Clayton Rooftop, AC Lounge, and AC Kitchen. The hotel sits 4” next to the building on the North, 5’ from the parking garage on the South and has a nearby existing building to the west. MBG Utilized BIM technology and pre-fabrication to efficiently manage supply chain, schedule and logistic challenges.

MBG was the Design-Assist builder and partnered with CECO Concrete Construction Inc. (Design-Build Concrete Contractor), SSC Engineering (Structural Engineer), and Castle Contracting (Design-Build Site Contractor).

Located on the former site of Habitat for Humanity St. Louis, the 7-story, 153-room extended stay hotel features 10,000sf of retail space and UPBAR rooftop lounge. The environmentally-responsible rooms have oversized windows to allow natural light plus fully-equipped kitchens with spa-inspired bathrooms. The hotel features an extensive fitness center, and all-natural saline pool. MBG partnered with SurePods to provide pre-fabricated bathrooms for all guestrooms.

We built the perfect combination of modern convenience and authentic Midwestern hospitality at Courtyard St Louis/Brentwood. This 5-story hotel is a panelized wood structure over steel podium. The hotel exhibits the contemporary style of Courtyard by Marriott with spacious rooms and suites, equipped with the latest technology solutions, appliances and ergonomic work area design. The hotel includes a 24-hour fitness center, a Bistro and small meeting center.

As Brooklyn Park’s first hotels in twenty-one years, these properties were breaking new ground before construction began. The 4-story, 100-room Hampton Inn, and 4-story, 107-room Home2Suites hotels are complete with their own indoor swimming pools, modern fitness centers and brick fire pits. Hampton Inn’s signature illuminated parapets and the Home 2 Suites’ rooftop light beacon ensure the hotels can be spotted for miles.

Hampton by Hilton Sikeston is the third tenant at the new 100-acre Cotton Ridge Development, which will include restaurants, shopping and entertainment.

The 96-room Residence Inn and 88-room Fairfield Inn & Suites share an indoor swimming pool, modern fitness center, outdoor patio and 1,114 square feet of meeting space.

MBG built an inspiring experience in the heart of Lenexa City Center. The 4-story, 124-suite hotel features 1,300 square foot meeting space, lobby bar, fitness center and indoor pool. The property has a 184 space parking garage, as well as 1,600 square feet of retail space with outdoor seating. Dubbed “The District at City Center,” the completed project is situated on 200 acres at the intersection of 87th Street Parkway and Renner Boulevard.
